[s-cars] strange antilock behavior

Wondering if anyone has run into this before...  When stopping, regardless of
how hard the stop, just as you are nearly stopped, a light pulsing from the
ABS can be felt.  The pedal then drops a bit.  As the stop is completed, the
ABS stops pulsing, and the pedal comes back up.  This has just started during
the past week or so.  It began during a 2k+ mile trip.  Otherwise, I have
changed nothing recently.
As always... any input appreciated.
