What, you didn't buy the avant specific four volume Bentley?

There's two parts to the trim, the outer vinyl covered part and the inner
fabric covered part. The inner part is hinged about 6 inches in from the
outside, and is held in place at the outer edge by two pop fasteners. What
you want to do is to hook the very outer edge of the fabric portion and pull
it inward (away from the tailgate). The two pop fasteners will release and
allow you to swing the six inch panel open. You then have access to the
bulbs (and the four mounting bolts if you need to remove the lens/reflector
unit).

The panels aren't quite large enough to give easy access to the 4 mounting
bolts...three aren't bad, but the fourth looks like a bit of a PITA. I'm
about to swap out my US DOT taillights for the euro setup, so I'm going to
find out exactly how much of a PITA it is!

Probably just like the outer corner lenses...3 bolts are easy but the
fourth...
