[s-cars] Avant backup-light bulb replacement

You wouldn't happen to know how to remove the liftgate area inner trim would
you???? I've got all the screws out of mine and yet the damn thing won't
budge. Where do I begin prying. I need to replace one of my rear tailight
assemblies with a nice (non cracked) one I found.

Can I remove this without taking out the trim? If so, give me the skinny.
