OK, The manual does not say that I've to put the spare key in and turn it on while re keying. Anyway, I've found some one give the answer on Oct 2002. I got it work now.

  Unlock door with key.  Then operate key button.  It should relock the door for you then.  If not then repeat.

  To set key for a driving position.  It's something like this:  Press and hold memory button while operating key button (or vice versa).  It's been a while, details are fuzzy.

    Can't find the old post how to re program my S6 IR remote. It was intermittent a week ago and after the batt. changed. Now, Doesn't work at all. Any one could point where I can get the procedure.
