[s-cars] Wheel repair

We've been over this before, who is the best at repairing wheels? I have one 
with a minor bend in the lip, and one that is pretty twisted- apparent when 
spinning the wheel. It looks to have suffered both horizontal and vertical 
bending due to a pothole.

Any suggestions?
