[s-cars] Snow tire advice

Preacher Bob,

Put the ones with more tread on the front, the front
has a lot to deal with and unless you're cool and have
a mondo RSB and travel sideways a lot, you're more
than likely suffering from understeer, which leads to
front tire wear.  I'd put em up front, but that's just
me.
