[s-cars] Experience with A4 1.8T timing belt?

Hey guys, 
While I know this has no S-car related info and I'm sure the question would
be better answered with a post on Audi World, I trust many of you much more
than those clowns and I know many of you have experience with this TB
change. 
The car is a 2000 1.8tq Avant, 62k mi. I am aware that Audi had some issues
with bad water pumps leaking on these cars and now recommends TB, water pump
change at 60k instead of the original 90k mi service.

The question: what tools are needed(special Audi tools?) what to look out
for(any gothchas?), what components to replace and finally, anyone in the
Colorado area want to help? ha ha...

My current list for replacement items are: TB, WP, t-belt tensioner, t-belt
roller(s), gasket for WP. Do I need to replace the TB tensioner damper?
