[s-cars] buggered wheel bolt

Teddy, I had a similar experience w/ Cotsco in Brooklyn (they are the only
ones around here that offer a road hazard replacement warranty at no
additional charge).

I went in to get my scheduled balance/rotation. One of the techs must mot
have put the cover cap back on my Avus wheel all the way. It flew off during
a a highway trip later that evening.

I went back to Costco, talked to the manager (expecting nothing). He was
very polite and said they would take care of it, and they did.
