[s-cars] Need Diagnostic Help

Bob,
Could be anything from a boost leak to a bad chipset. 
I had the same problem with my car when I first got it
and it had a TAP SII in it.  Remove WG spring and
compare with your own to see if it's stock or not. 
Pressure test for boost leaks.  Or, if ya wanna be
real cool, test the pressure transducer to see if it's
outputting the proper voltage.

Did he just buy this car or has he had it a while?
