[s-cars] Need Diagnostic Help

Sounds like you may have hit the overboost limit.  It acts the same as the 
rev limiter - it just shuts the engine off briefly and produces a nice 
brick wall effect.  :-(

A possible cause might be a torn/split wastegate diaphragm.  Or possibly 
the manifold pressure connector to the lower wastegate chamber may be 
off/loose/leaking.
