I salute you both on your intrepid and very crazy paths. With regard to the 
FMIC, you'll not only have cooler(close to ambient) charge air temps, but 
you'll also realize a significant power gain. Frank A got a 25hp gain at the wheels 
when an FMIC was added to his RS2 equipped car. Bigger turbos might actually 
gain more. Josh Moody picked up about 35hp with a Garrett hybrid 50 trim. 
You'll also notice an improvement to your boost threshold. Full boost should come 
about 200-400 rpm sooner.

With regard to the oil issue, some cars do have this problem and some don't. 
Mine does not. I just had all my charge air hoses off the car last week to 
play with that Mitsu EVO BPV. Everything was completely dry. I run my boost at 25 
lbs for everyday driving and I have high boost set at 28 lbs. BTW the EVO 
valve couldn't handle my turbo.
