[s-cars] Bypass Valves and Pressure Losses (Uh, Pizzo??)

Gary, et al,
I used all 6 washers, worked fine for my RS2'd car. I
pulled the valve every couple months, but it never
needed cleaning. Sure looks purty, don't it? ;-)
