[s-cars] Losing hydraulic oil from power steering pump

There is NOT a hose connected to the top port of the wastegate, that stems
back from the 5000 turbo days.
There is a factory service pack for the top plug that is leaking.
There may be a write up at urs4.com or a similar site. It's too late and I
can't thing of the site addy's.

There is a special drag link tool available from better tool distributors
that will fit into that plug.
You need an impact driver (not to be confused with impact wrench) to remove
the stubborn pig.
