[s-cars] Bose Woes

Does anyone know the impedence of the factory speakers? I was under the
impression that you couldn't drive them with an amp or head unit that wasn't
1 Ohm stable.

I have an aftermarket head unit w/a CD changer and have a lot of alternator
noise and electrical interference (gets more intense the more accessories
that are on). I've researched my options before and even had a stereo guy
check it out. I've a line leveler and a noise filter on the power lead.

Thoughts?
