[s-cars] Front sway bar

Depends who you ask.
A bigger front bar does help with turn in, some would
argue moreso than the rear happerbar(tm).  I had both
and noticed going from no bar in the back to the
cartoonishly large 26mm rear happerbar(tm) more than
going from the stock 26mm to a 28mm front bar.  The
front bar did help, though.

Robert,
Before you go fabricating away, make sure a 30mm or
whatever front bar clears all suspension bits.  The
28mm front bar came on the '92 S4 and on 95+ Avants. 
I bought that bar with all bushings and mounting
accessories for around 300 beans from crescent city
last year.  Try going for 30mm and let us know how it
works out.
