[s-cars] A-pillar trim removal

Robert:

I removed mine several times to install a boost gauge pod. First, you
need to pull back the rubber door seal, then grasp the a-pillar trim at
the top with your fingers and pull straight out. It does take quite a
bit of force to pop out the metal clips. If it's the driver's side, you
will need to disconnect the cell phone microphone from behind.
