[s-cars] Gas milege on 95 s6

With full RS2 setup (except for cams), 26 lb software, and Stromung exhaust
with cat:

1. Mild highway driving - 18mpg
2. Enthusiast highway driving - 16mpg
3. Enthusiast mixed city/highway - 13.5mpg
4. Track - 8-9mpg
