[s-cars] Custom Gauge Face Pricing

I talked with a company named Steven Label about printing custom gauge
faces.  Below is their
quote, which gives a rough ballpark.  Cost would likely be $1000-$1200...
which may be feasible if enough were interested (40 minimum for this quote)

Is it worth pursuing?  Who would pay $20-$50 for a custom gauge face?
