 Mark,
   No they haven't slowed the machines down they have just got the more
realistic on the gauge. I live in Northern Michigan and sled 3000+ miles per
year with all kinds of sleds and am surrounded by lakes where you can go out
and do you top speed runs very easy and I can tell you your 650 won't do over
100mph unless you have done serious work to it. The new RX-1 on the other
hand will do 125 but its governed at that.
