I have an appointment Friday a.m. with my mechanic to help diagnose my majo=
r boost leak.  We think that I may have ruptured either the plastic x-over =
pipe to the intercooler or maybe the end caps of the I/C itself--will press=
ure test tomorrow.  My question is using the stock location, does anyone ha=
ve any experience with replacing the stock I/C with something more efficien=
t?  Regardless of efficiency, I won't replace a bad plastic-capped I/C with=
 a similar unit.  Do I just check with Blau and tell them I have a '92 inst=
ead of my '95 to get the beefier unit?  Any aftermarket ideas like Spearco =
maybe?
