Sort of the same engine.  I think intercooler and intake tracts are different.

Transmissions are different,  both are 5 speed but '91 is type 016
and '95 is type 01E.  The 01E is stronger if you are going to improve
the power.  The 6 speed 01E will bolt right in.

I think the flywheel and clutch are different, somebody else will need
to comment on this.
