The fastest wiper blade is known as Der Neuermantelvonderkaiser, easily obt=
ainable from any good German Auto house, I got mine from the Brothers Grim.=
 Testing in the windtunnel and empiric observation under actual test condit=
ions show that above 320kph a gain of up to 6 kph may be achieved, dependin=
g on the angle of attach of the car and the size of the dead zone at the bo=
nnet/windscreen knuckle. Further tests show that the regular wipers cost ab=
out 1 litre per hundred kilometres, this is hard to quantify as in the real=
 world atmospheric conditions play a large cost and this isn't something to=
 test in the windtunnel, running that is very expensive, even if you switch=
 off the floor (which doesn't go over 300kph anyway).
