Yes, that's about correct, I've measured anywhere from in the 45's all the
way up to 47 or so, not sure how much is acceptable, I guess it just comes
down to how much fluctuation do you want to have in compression between the
varying cylinders, CC'ing the chambers withing .5cc of each other will ensure
that you're pretty close between all of them.
