Go to a motorcycle shop that has supplies for dirt bikes and such.
You will find adhesive sheets that are maybe 1'x2', in a variety of
colors and CLEAR. This is very heavy gauge plastic, normally used
by the dirt bike types to make those colored circles with numbers
in them, like you see on bikes at bike races and dirt bike enduros.
This adhesive plastic, in clear, works real well for what you want.
Plus, it's MUCH cheaper than the "special headlight protector" cutouts.
You gotta cut it out yourself.
