Hmmmm. You would ask that question. It seems to me that I've noticed
this on WMB's, but I won't guarantee it.  My WRX wagon has two strakes
on the A--pillar, directly in front of the mirror. I would venture a
guess that wind noise reduction is the idea here, as most "design
elements" on the car are a little less subtle. Now that I've started
this, I guess I'll need to prowl a few parking lots this weekend and
come up with a short list.
