[s-cars] New Purchase - 1992 S4

The intensive windshield washer is activated by the small button, facing the
driver, on the wiper stalk. It operates indepenbently of the main washer. I
use winter washer fluid with about 1/3 methyl alcohol added to act as a
quick deicer. This has worked well for me these last seven + years. Kirby's
response covers all of the other concerns.
