[s-cars] Wife's car making ANOTHER noise!

 Hi all,
   My wife's 95.5 S-6 is making another noise that I cannot figure out. When
driving at a normal pace in any gear at any RPM when you accelerate very
slowly without getting into boost it makes a high pitch HOOOOOOO. If you let
of on the gas a little or push on the gas a little it goes away. If you are
going up a slight hill you can find a place in the throttle where you can
keep it going to get a good listen but all I can tell is that its coming from
the front of the car. I can't tell if it is drivers side or passengers side.
I have switched out the BV and checked all the vacuum hoses and boost hoses.
I am stumped. Anyone had this. Thanks,
