In case anyone is curious...
I received my Eibach springs yesterday.  The box had the 1529.140 label on it
as some of you indicated it should.  Inspecting the # on the springs revealed
a 1527.001 on the front springs and a 1517.002 on the rears.  Visual
inspection by myself (and a very well informed friend) left us believing that
the rears would not require a perch.  Obviously, the truth will become
evident on install.

The numbers on the springs... I was told that these numbers never match the
kit number.  The only way I could draw any conclusions from the numbers on
the springs would be to compare them to a "known good" set from early
production runs.

First impressions... these springs "look" nice.  A very pretty metallic
gunmetal shade of paint, and a transparent rubber sleeve around the rear
spring coils that are positioned close together (progressive).  Compared to H&
Rs, an impressive fit and finished look... and $100 less per set.  Could just
be a pig with lipstick.  I'll know for sure soon.
