I have yet to be a victim of the redlight runner cameras, but came
across this interesting article, it is a 5 part series and very good!

I firmly believe that our "traffic enforcement" departments have
evolved into a revenue generation source, and their actions are more
defined by where they can generate revenue, then what we effect it will
have on safety. If they were primarily concerned about safety, all
police cars would be bright florescent orange, and you would see them
everywhere, rather than disguised. It is human nature to respond to a
visual deterrent, than an invisible one.

I know this may open a can of worms but any thoughts on this? Read this
article and you may change you thought process.
