[s-cars] Power Windows and Sunroof don't open!

Last weekend my wife and I were driving her S6 Avant from Boston to
Rhode Island during a torrential rainstorm and through lots of standing
water on the highway, and discovered that the power windows and sunroof
suddenly stopped working.

Neither the power window switches nor the sunroof switch work. However,
when holding the driver’s door lock tumbler open/closed the convenience
open/close function will lower/raise the windows. I also noticed that
the backlighting illumination is also not functioning on the driver’s
door window switch cluster as well as the other door window switches. I
checked the fuses and they are all functioning properly (replaced the
30Amp fuses with new ones).

The owner’s manual indicates that there is an automatic “circuit
breaker” that operates the power windows and sunroof. I suspect that
this relay has gone bad. Unfortunately, the owner’s manual doesn’t tell
you which relay to replace or its location. Can anyone help me out so
that I don’t have to go to the dreaded dealer for this? Any help would
be much appreciated. In the event I need to go to a mechanic, could
anyone suggest someone in the Boston metro area?
