[s-cars] RS2 rear brake adapter used on an S4

Has anyone used these RS2 rear brake adapters on an S4/S6.  I get the
whole you don't need rear brakes thing, but if anyone has experience
with what is needed to get this to work on our cars I would be very
interested.
