RE: [s-cars] RE: RSB Adapters or "watch your sub-frame stud nuts"Boy Joe,
I'm sorry if I embarrassed you by passing this on to the list....OTOH it
must be a great comfort to know that Bob Pastore only has your best interest
at heart & is looking out for you. You should getting him some rust
remover, or something for his anniversary. In fact I was in Sears just
yesterday, & they have what looks to be a really handy combination broken
nut &/or striped stud removal kit ... :-)

JOE:
I'll try to summarize what Mike said:
I've had my both my car and my wife for a long time. Blame it on lack of
maintanence or just downright neglect, but I am sorry to report I am no
longer a stud, I'm retaining water, and my nuts are corroding......I told
her if she would occasionally put it up in the air for service, it would
only take 10 or 15 minutes, but she wants no part of it, even with the
prescribed prophlylactic measures.
So Joey, mi figlio, la famiglia li ha insegnati to watcha u back. Now u
gotz to greasa u joints and watcha u sub frame nuts too.
Uncle Bob
