[s-cars] no heat follow up

Maybe it is the heater box temp control flap. This flap is controlled by a
little motor on the drivers side of the heater box. At least that is the
setup on my 91 200. If you have a Bentley, you may be able to troubleshoot
the problem thru the A/C control head. If not, by taking the wipers and the
cover (plenum) over the A/C box off, and the cover over the flap motor off,
then cycle the A/C temp from Hi to Lo and see if the little motor moves the
flap control arm. HTH

I found the valve right behind the dash and externally it appears that the
thing is working. The white cable housing moves a total of about 45 degrees
when changing from low to high temperature, but still no heat coming in. At
best the hi heat blows at about the temperature of someone's breath. Anyone
encountered a problem like this. RW PA
