My poor choice of words...more specifically...after '92, the 5-spoke forged
rim were still "standard."  I think also for both '93 & '94, but in '95,
both the 5-spoke forged and a non-forged 7.5"x16 were "standard" ... what
you got appears to have been luck.  Someone who bought one of these cars
new may be able to fill in more details.  I don't know if the 17" avus rims
were ever installed on US-delivered cars (until the neu-S4)
