[s-cars] Test - please disregard

I believe the reason we sometimes see this 3 line message -
> This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
> --
> [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ]
- is due to two conditions ...
a) The original sender sent the message with both plain text
and HTML formatted text. Probably due to ignorance about his
mail management software. Many of the idiotic MicroSoft mail
tools default to creating both formats.
b) The S-Cars list processor (MailMan) is set to only remail plain
text. The list processor puts in the 3 line nuissance message
to let everybody know it has only remailed the plain text part
of the message.
This has to be a configuration option with MailMan, because I am on other
mailing lists processed by MailMan and it doesn't add the 3 line notice
on mail through those lists.
