[s-cars] Who arranged the Samco GP and....

James Murray arranged the GP directly with Samco for the excellent price of
$250 for a full hose set. However, I understand Samco got some heat from
their U.S. distributor about the GP, so I suspect it was a one time deal.
James did an excellent job arranging the GP and distributing the hoses - I
believe he's set a new standard for GPs! We got the new reinforced MM hose
without the steel rings in this GP.
