I mean like northern Canada where people love remote control for the
radio so they can rise the antenna to locate their cars under the snow

Ian,
As my memory recall, there is 82C and 87C T-Stat, but that's the first
time I hear about a 90C T-Stat. A Nunavit specific T-Stat? Anyway, 87C
T-Stat is for normal-cold region, 82C is for hot-very hot region. If a
90C T-Stat exists, it should have been designed specifically for
artic/antartic regions.

My thermostat is crying to be replaced. The Family Album shows an 87°C
one, p/n 069 121 113. What passes for memory today is whispering in my
ear that a 90°C thermostat is also avaliable. Two questions: 1) is the
90°C one better in any way, other than "more is better", and if so, what
is its part number? TIA. -Ian Duff.
