[s-cars] Temp / T-Stat Update

I'd say so. I've got a 87C thermostat, and recently watching HVAC display,
temp goes up to 87 and stays there +,- a couple degrees at most. Stop, go,
whatever. Interestingly, while driving to warm up, the gauge trails the HVAC
display by about 10 degrees until up to 87. Idling, they are much closer
together.
