Now to answer Keith Maddock's question re how do you do one of these events?
The following is required:  cold, very cold, hard water, snow, nice SCCA
steward who can talk the local sheriff into a permit, snow plow, black
plastic bags to mark course filled with snow (or is it horsesh*t from Keith
Anderson's farm?), slalom and skid pad, cones, volunteers, lotsa warm
clothes and drink AFTER the event.  Oh yeah, lotsa quattros.
