[s-cars] tire woes...

P,

Do ya feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?

Be grateful, your wheels were probably saved by your 255 balloons. Now suck
it up - that tire's toast. Time to buy a new set of shoes. And what a
great opportunity to ditch those Contis!

I just sprung for a set of 245 40 17 Toyo TS-1's - very black, very round,
very sticky, very light. I can't tell yet whether they're better than the
Yoko S0-2s that came off, but so far it looks promising. My Fikse FM-10's
just came back from polishing at Wheel Enhancement in CA, and they look
scary good. If you want a pic just ask; these wheels can't look this good
for long - I'd love to show them off before time takes its toll.

I do have 4 used 235 45 17 S0-2 PPs. 2 of them are edge worn-out, 2 are
pretty darn good. Anyone interested? In CT.

P
