After spending >4 hours behind the wheel over the last two days, no more
leak.  Yes, I did refill after the losses.  No, prior to recent spills I have not
added any coolant (not since this past winter flush/refill).  I also do not
think it's possible that it's blowing out of the cap, because the exterior of
the tank was bone dry immediately following each spill (BTDT with Volvo I5T).
I greatly appreciate the input and I am sure I will be posting again soon.
