I had that same problem, couldn't find a leak anywhere, refill no leak
and then it would leak again.

Finally the electric water pump (after run?) cracked wide open and
dumped coolant all over the ground. Aha I thought, there's my leak.

Check the after run pump, it is located on the driver's side of the
motor down near what lloked like a motor mount to me.
