I have upgraded to the BIRA Sys 6 for UrS4 / UrS6 they work great.
They may be a bit more pricey right now, but the leg work is done. The hats
and brackets are proven, and you get the nice big red Porsche rotors outta
it.
I think the S4tt calipers hang on the opposite side of the rotors causing
some bleeding problems. Since (as I read somewhere) theses use staggered
sized pistons, swapping from left to right will get you poor wearing brake
pads.
