[s-cars] ECS Stage II Kit....continues to squeal...

Gents,
	Well after changing out from Mintex Red Box to Porterfield R4-S Pads on the front I "still" am getting the very annoying squeal!  Seems almost louder now.  I did NOT have the rotors turned between pad changes...is this a good idea?  Should I still do it or just bite the bullet and go for the Stage III upgrade?  I have not tried the Silicone "gel/goop" solution as my fear is that is very temporary if it does work...thoughts here?
