[s-cars] Ur S4 climate control

Hi all,

I am having trouble with the +/- buttons on the
climate control unit in my 93 S4. Sometimes they
respond to my imput and sometimes they don't. It seems
to be happening at ramdom. Every other button
including "Auto, Compressor on/off, Circ, Defrost,
Vents/Floor/dash all work perfectly", it's only the
temperature select and the fan speed that are
freezing.
Any ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.
