[s-cars] Ray Tomlinson in need of CD changer assistance on the road

Fellow S-car owner Ray Tomlinson is on the road to Watkins Glen and is in
dire need of assistance from the audiophiles on the list.  His CD changer
has refused to work for the past 311 miles and Ray is about to shoot
himself.  Apparently there is a dearth of music choices on the airwaves in
central NY.  Ray has a '95.5 S6 with the wide face Delta radio and Alpine
based 6 disc changer.  He gets a CD 00 ERR message on the radio display.  He
can not eject the cartridge.  The eject button is not lit as it normally is.
He has tried disconnecting and reconnecting the changer harness.  He said he
thinks he has power to the connector because he can hear a pop through the
speakers when he reconnects.

I'm also cross posting this to the Q-list as I'm sure there are several
folks there that are very familiar with the various factory systems.  If
anyone can help out Ray you can call him directly on his cell phone
(617-233-6605) or let me know and I'll pass on the info.  Hopefully the CD
will be the limit of his problems at the Glen.
