I don't know exactly how you test it but I had that problem on a 5000CS tur=
bo quattro I used to have, it was enuogh to take the wastegate top off and =
you could see the hole in the diaphragm, the thing was toast. If that actua=
lly turns out to be your problem you can just buy the diaphragm on it's own=
. I guess you could apply pressure in the upper chamber and see if it holds=
, I don't think it'll ruin anything.
