[s-cars] caliper mounting bolt torque specs

Just changed the front brake pads on my 95 S6.  Repair manual is a little
unclear with regards to torque specifications for the two caliper mounting
bolts that hold the caliper to the mounting bracket.  Does anyone have a
suggestion as to the proper torque?  Also, the bolts are coated in a blue
substance I am assuming is some sort of Loc-tite thread locker.  Are these
bolts reusable or should I get a new set?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
