There is only one screw you have to take out and than the strips slide forward and out. You don't need to remove the door panel. Put the new ones in, slide them back and put the screw back in.

You don't have to remove the door panels to install the new trip strips, as
you can reach the little screws without panel removal. However, from replacing
these pieces myself, I'd recommend that you do, simply so you can push the
plastic tabs all the way in place.
