To anyone who is interested:

I have had two centerforce clutches on a 400+ Hp supercharged Mustang 5.0
without a slip. Light pedal with plenty of grip. My 92 S4 had a stock
clutch with a hybrid turbo, rs2 cam and 3" exhaust without slipping. I just
had a spec syage II installed when my transmission was replaced and that
clutch did slip when my mechanic stepped on it after a fresh install. No
slipping has occured after the proper 500 mile break in period.

I'm going the full RS2 boat on the S6 Wagon, and was wondering about
clutches. The stock clutch seems very stout, but the clutch on my 1990
200TQA will slip under hard first gear acceleration. Is it worth it to go
with aftermarket, such as Centerforce (or the aftermarket clutch of your
choice)? Or better to go stock, which seems to offer bullet-proof
reliability?

Thanks,
Gary Lewis
